Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States.

Some locations may not be serviceable by our shipping carriers. If we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we will contact you using the email address or phone number on your order to discuss the available options. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing time is separate from transit time. We will email you a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders over $50: Free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses.
  • Orders of $50 or less: A flat shipping fee of $4.99.

The shipping charge for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If the checkout page displays a different shipping charge, the amount shown at checkout will apply to that order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order after it has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking page to show the latest information.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. We may be unable to change the address once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be found, or returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, please contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and advise you on the next steps. We will confirm any additional shipping charge with you before it is incurred.
